Through a mixture of coaching and psycho-education, I help people unpick their history with eating and exercise, re-discover food and movement, and find peace with their body.

Who do I work with?
The women I work with come from all walks of life, all ages, and experiences. The women I work with are often sick and tired of being stuck in the diet cycle, are often sick and tired of having an unhappy relationship with food & exercise, and are often sick and tired of living in fear of food.
The one thing they all have in common is that they want a better option. They want to be able to enjoy delicious meals, and move in ways that make them feel good. Ultimately, they want to live a life where food and movement is just one part of a whole life. Sound like you?
